Victorian data is currently unavailable. We apologise, and are working to add it back as soon as we're able.
Capital Cities Overview
House and unit prices are flat or negative for the month in all capitals, with Sydney and Canberra now the first to show a year-on-year decline.
Regional Centres
Year-on-year growth for all of our key regional indices is now noticeably slowing, particularly in the house market. One and three-month growth in all markets is now flat and beginning to turn consistently negative.
Capital City SA4s
For houses, all metro areas are negative over the month and the prior three months. Sydney areas show a clear trend toward year-on-year decline, with the south and outer western regions now softening.
For units, the general one month declines are still closer to flat relative to houses, but a greater proportion of areas are now showing a change in direction.
