Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services and content available at neoval.io (the “Site”), including data downloads, charts, and market analysis (collectively, the “Materials”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any Materials.

3. Attribution Requirements

Data Disclaimers

All data on this site is derived from market models and aggregations created by Neoval Pty Ltd. Sales records from the Valuer General in each state and territory, used as inputs to these models, are supplied under licence by Valocity Pty Ltd.

Australian Capital Territory

The Territory Data is the property of the Australian Capital Territory. No part of it may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted by any means (electronic, mechanical, microcopying, photocopying, recording or otherwise) without prior written permission.
